The worker had been providing services for a company dedicated to transportation and logistics since 2003 as a mechanical driver. However, the INSS issued a resolution denying him the benefit of reimbursement of health expenses because the country of stay did not recognize the right to reimbursement of expenses originated in the aforementioned country in application of article 25 of Regulation 987/2009 of the European community .
