Legal aspects for an online store in Romania Although bureaucracy is an area that most of us avoid, without its involvement, the online store will be impossible to achieve. 13A Selling products on the Internet and distance contracts To be able to have the right to carry out this economic activity, you need a form of legal organization (SRL) or to be an authorized natural person (PFA). The main field of activity will be, according to code 4791, Retail trade through order houses or via the Internet. Because you will be trading and basically the seller and the buyer are in different places and cannot physically sign the contract, legally you will need to conclude a distance contract.
Normative acts that regulate distance contracts are: Law no. 287/2009 on the civil British Student Phone Number List code; on electronic commerce; GEO no. 34/2014 regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts. A distance contract is considered to be legal only if the specific information obligations imposed by the applicable law are met, the price and the object of the contract are clearly established and both parties give their consent. Because there is no physical contract, all contractual clauses must be entered in the "Terms and Conditions" section displayed on the website, which must include the following information.

Company identification data; Delivery and return policy; Guarantees offered; Intellectual property rights; Dispute Resolution. All this information mentioned above must also appear in the last stage of the order completion by the customer; it is recommended that they be visible and in a place as accessible as possible to users. Once the buyer has accepted the terms and conditions of the online store, from that moment the distance contract comes into force. The seller will be obliged to deliver the promised products, and the buyer is obliged to pay for them. 13.b.
