On this occasion, we would like to share with you the inauguration of the most sustainable home in Europe, our Casa Sophia.
These events, divided into two dates, took place on June 8 and 16, 2023 in our home in Guadalix de la Sierra and were attended by a large part of the collaborators who, in one way or another, made the construction of Casa Sophia a reality. , a home that today has the most important and demanding certifications in terms of sustainability.
The reason for doing it on two different days is Turkey Email List because more than 70 people came and we wanted to be able to serve them properly and provide quality service. The inaugurations took place the first inside the house and the second outside for weather reasons.

1.- Presentation of our rebranding and the Casa Sophia book.
Our colleagues and friends from EstudioKA, graphic and web designers with whom we have been working for almost 10 years (Claudia Bravo and Alex Santana) began by explaining to the attendees the process of change that our company carried out by adopting a new name and a new brand.
As explained in the presentation, 100x100BioPasiva has undergone a very important change over the years thanks to research, development and innovation in our way of building. Our previous name and brand: 100x100madera no longer really represented everything behind a home of these characteristics. Not only do we have wood as a construction material and the only protagonist, and it was necessary to include in that equation the part of energy efficiency, bioclimatic construction, renewable energy, almost zero consumption in our homes, the use of natural and recycled materials, the intelligent control of housing, etc etc.
For this reason, it was a priority to modify the company name and brand.
Our current naming and the one we hope to be with as long as possible is 100x100BioPasiva, a name that now represents us. In the presentation, the guys from EstudioKA explained the process that was carried out to reach this solution.

The important thing was to be able to have a name that included the term BioPasiva (a concept coined by us and that corresponds to the union of bioconstruction and Passive House) and that at the same time allowed us to preserve the essence of the old one, with which we have achieved many successes. during these 30 years. Hence we decided to maintain the 100×100 that has been so characteristic for us.
And from this process the new name is born: 100x100BioPasiva
The new brand change was also explained, a brand that not only represents wooden constructions, but goes one step further.
The idea was to introduce the Bio concept and for this the structure of the brand was created with an organic graphic element, the "O" of our logos that reminds us of the grain of wood, or of an infinite cycle such as nature, in constant movement. This organic element located in the third letter of the naming, combines both colors and fonts with more modern elements that give rise to a final result that mixes the organic and the architectural, the traditional and the modern. The result is a legible, memorable, appropriate and versatile logo.
