It is  the most sustainable home in Soto Del Real and it now holds a new title: the 1st construction in Spain to use the Vapor Stop boardfrom Financiera Maderera SA (FINSA) , free of formaldehydes and Passivhaus certified and which will also seek to obtain the 5-leaf green environmental seal .
The house has 170m2 built with: 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living room with open concept, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. It also has a utility room and pantry.

The SuperPan VapourStop board is a board for structural use classified as P5 for its high mechanical resistance and valid for humid environments , which achieves high air tightness (certified by the Passivhaus Institut with phA class for air tightness) and high resistance to the diffusion of water vapor (Dry Cup μ=1150, Wet Cup μ=240).

With this board, SuperPan VapourStop, it is possible to combine in a single material the characteristics of SuperPan Tech P5 and greater resistance to the diffusion of water vapor.

By installing a single board with resistance to water vapor diffusion (replacing the board + vapor barrier sheet), problems with breakage or peeling of the membrane are avoided and thus installation times are considerably reduced.

In addition, it has a low level of VOC and formaldehyde emissions (class A+) and is resistant to attack by xylophagous insects (certified by Tecnalia).
